Beautiful facilities, especially the relaxing lounge with complementary desserts and drinks to enjoy while looking out into the white snow. The onsens are very nice especially the detached outdoor onsen. All staff are lovely and helpful

가이세키가 너무 너무 맛있었고, 온천물도 딱 좋은 온도로 설정되어 있어서 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 무엇보다 케이크타임, 바타임이 있어서 좋았어요!!

Traditional ryokan with nice rooms and great public baths. Privat bath experience also impressive. Good food. Many pleasant public spaces for relaxation. Very friendly staff at the dinner.

Room bathrooms are a bit tired. A door of the washbasin furniture was falling out. Water stains on the flooring. Staff at the reception not very friendly and rather ignorant. A total rush during breakfast. Though the staff at the restaurant was nice and friendly.

冷萃咖啡有點太少，當日房客多一點就很快地被喝完了

宿に着いた時、まず、香りがよく、リラックスできるといいますか、疲れた身体を癒してくれました。 料理が大変美味しく、夕食、朝食共に大満足しました。 部屋の檜風呂もよく、温泉を堪能出来ました。 風呂図書館も落ち着ける空間で居心地が良かったです。 全体的な雰囲気もよく、現実逃避出来ました。また機会あれば訪れたいです。

フロントに電話をかけようとしても繋がらないというアクシデントがありました・・・が、即対応してくださいました。 大浴場のシャワーの温度調整が出来ず困ったのと、温泉の湯温が低い感じがした。 露天風呂も良かったが、もう少し外の景色が楽しめると◎でした。
