호텔이 너무 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절함 2층 라운지에 간식과 무료음료도 좋았고 저녁 가이세키도 너무 맛있었어요. 조식도 깔끔. 대욕탕도 붐비지 않고 한산해서 좋았고 객실내에 있는 히노키탕도 훌륭 했습니다. 특히 히노키탕에서 창문을 열면 바로 옆의 숲에서 불어오는 바람이 너무 상쾌했어요. 전체적으로 흠잡을게 없었던 숙소입니다. 강추.

식사가 뷔페식이 아닌 일본식으로 나와서 입에 안맞을 수 있지만 좋은 경험이었어요.! 라운지에서 시간대별로 다양한 간식과 음료등을 무제한으로 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 온천물이 좋은게 느껴졌고, 객실도 깔끔하고 좋았어요.

6층과 7층에 프라이빗 노천탕이 있다고 듣고 갔는데 그부분에 대해서는 안내문에도 없고 그거에 대한 언급이 없어서 제가 다른직원분께 따로 물어보니 close 상태라고 하시더라구요. 사실 그것을 기대하고 간 것도 있는데 좀 아쉬웠어요. 저희는 객실에 개인스파가 있어서 다행이었지만, 없는 곳은 많이 아쉬우셨을거 같아요. 주변에 식당과 편의시설이 없어서 필요한것은 모두 구입하고 가시는거 좋을거 같습니다. 다른 곳 료칸에서는 직원분들이 만나면 눈인사도 해주시고 좋았는데, 이곳 직원분들은 웃음기가 없으신 분들이 많았습니다.
