Viele Fliegen, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant nicht genutzt, da die Küche für uns nicht sehr hygienisch aussah

Schön gelegene in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft mit parkähnlichem Garten. Freundliche Menschen, gut organisierte Tagestour auf den Mount Sibayak.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. We booked the tour to the volcano, thermal pools, church, waterfall, and temple through the accommodation. Everything was well organized and seamless. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Les lits confortables. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, serviable. La nourriture proposée est bonne bien qu'épicée, et tout semble fait maison. Emplacement idéal pour la visite du volcan.

Une fois à l'hôtel, difficile de se déplacer seul sans moyen de locomotion. Le centre est quand même assez éloigné que pour y aller à pieds.

The property is owned and run by an extended family. The restaurant food was very tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The main downside was the number of dogs kept at the property which were obviously used to being inside including the dining area.

The best and most comfortable accommodation! I originally booked for one night, but ended up staying for five. It's understandable, considering the wonderful and welcoming family. Irna gave me information about activities I could do while in Berastagi. And her two daughters, Winnie and Karin, were always cheerful and laughing. They do their best! The room was spacious, with a comfortable large bed, a working shower, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the clean and well-maintained garden. The food and drinks were always fresh and delicious. They also offer a variety of services at affordable prices. Currency exchange, mountain and other tours, laundry, transportation, and motorbike rentals made everything even easier.
