Sibayak Multinational Rest House

The food was amazing, always freshly cooked so tasty! The owners were so so sweet, amazing service!

The shower had a really low water pressure and there were some stains on the sheet. But all the rest made up for it!

Amazing place ! It's run by a lovely family very joyful and always there to help. Rooms are really comfy and we took more nights than expected as we felt so well. Erwin was a perfect guide for the volcano trek, he took us on a secondary path and guided us perfectly. Huge thanks to all for your warm welcome !

Basic douche, maar altijd warm water. Leuk terras met zicht op tuin. Droogrekje. Lekker eten 's avonds. Vriendelijke familie, als afscheid dragonfruit meegekregen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de vulkaan en hot springs. Op 15 minuten sta je te voet in centrum.

Kamer is heel groot, maar weinig meubels in. Komt wat ongezellig over.

This property was a very nice stay and starting point for Sibayak as well as Sipiso Piso. Our room (particularly bathroom) wasn’t very clean and you could hear everything during evening and night but everything else was amazing! The owners are kind, the food was delicious, they exchanged our money, washed our clothes, booked a guide for the whole day trip (we don’t know his name but he was the best), and organized a transfer. All in all, very nice. Thank you!

Eines der tollsten Homestays, die ich jemals hatte!! Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber und hatte alles, was man gebracht hat. Das Areal um das Homestay ist wunderschön, habe dort viele tolle Menschen kennengelernt! Bis zum Zentrum sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, weshalb es dort auch wunderbar ruhig ist. Das Personal war sehr lieb, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Familie organisiert alles mögliche, man kann Ausflüge als auch Transportmöglichkeiten für die Weiterreise buchen, Laundryservice gibt es auch. Das Essen war super lecker und die Auswahl ist riesig, auch für Vegetarier! Sie bringen es einem, wohin man möchte, sogar aufs Zimmer. Vielen lieben Dank für alles, ich habe mich rundum super wohl gefühlt und hätte noch viel länger hier bleiben können! Wirklich ganz große Empfehlung!

The staff was very inviting, friendly, and helpful

The rooms were a little outdated, but they are in the process of renovation. There are a lot of flies on the property due to the cooler climate.

The place is nice,peaceful and quiet.

The facilities in the room is below par. They used the word budget room to deny basic facilities ie no water heater for the area at outside temp of 17-18degC!!?
