Studios at Fontainebleau Terrace

It is not the Ritz Charles, but is not advertised to be. We went to Florida to get a few days of sun! This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for....sleep and a kitchenette. It is older but has been updated, sits directly on the beach and is walking distance or less than 5 minute drive from anything and everything on the strip. Front desk was very accommodating in any and all of our needs.

this was a horrible hotel to stay at it a trick at the end of your stay the guy keeps some of you deposit he charged me 40$ because we did not wash some dishes and throw away some trash. worst hotel

The room were awful and old lookin like they need to mbe renovated. All the materials that were included on the details sheet were not in the room. The doors was so old that i got locked out from the inside of the hotel and a maintenance man had to come and let me out of my own room. There were only like 25 parking spaces. I had to park a mile from the hotel every trip back to the hotel. And then on checkout day the inspector just unlocked my door didnt knock and came right in like they stayed their. This hotels is just horrible nothing like i saw on the details pictures, that wsa false advertisement.

The hotel looked very good from the photos, but when we got there it was very outdated. The rooms were smaller than expected. No cleaning service at all. You must get new towels and sheets yourself at the front desk. Many times clean towels were not even available. Occupant must clean everything upon leaving.

We had a wonderful time.. It isnt the Ritz but the rooms were clean and the prople were very friendly. Close to everything!! be back in the spring

This was my first stay at the FontainBleau Terrace and I was pleasently surprised. I was expecting something extremely different, with it being one of the older hotels in PCB. But what I saw when I got there was very nice. The people who run this hotel care about what their guests see, it was well maintained and not run-down. Our room was nicely cleaned and was taken care of. For a short romantic getaway it was perfect. Too bad they don't let you take the pillows from the room, because they were amazing! The only thing I had a problem with was parking and the light over the shower. It is an older building so the lights take a minute to warm up, but other than that the room was great! The parking could be better, there are over 100 rooms and only about 40 parking spots. So it makes for a tight sqeeze and a fight to find parking. But other than that it was a very nice place to stay and we would certainly stay there again.

I was a little unhappy, I thought that the hotel would have wi-fi in the rooms and everything in the room just looked too close together.

The locks were so old it took forever to unlock room and pool. I didn't feel very safe standing out side my room trying to unlock the door.

Very cute place. Have everything we needed and was a very good price. It is an older property but very well maintained and nostalgic. I had read other reviews claiming of cash deposits required and cleaning fees but we didn't encounter any additional expenses. I walked in to check in gave them my name, signed a list of rules and was handed a key. I did have a problem with the key to the pool but they quickly fixed it with no problem. Very nice place and we look forward to staying here again.

The hotel staff great but the room was really run down. This hotel was in bad shape. Hot water ran all the time. Carpet was torn and nasty. Needed a lot of touch up work all over the building.
