"Excellent superb Front desk"

Location, friendly staff, facility. I want to give special praise to Mr. Matsui. He goes above and beyond his duty, help me call my prior hotel to get my iPad return to me in 5 hrs. I left it at jozankei resort which is 1.5 hrs drive. My previous hotel was also very kind, returned to me in evening. Without me.matsui extra help, I would not have gotten my family photos back. Mission complete. Thank you so much, Mr. Matsui.
