Pillows and sheets smell musty. Difficulty in communications even with Google translate. Breakfast options were good but overall atmosphere just chaotic.

Location was great, but there is no direct connection from the underground passage btw Sapporo station and Susukino. Hospitality and atmosphere were great. The public bath at B1 was an great Oasis after heavy walking days.

It was my first time visiting Sapporo. Compare to other hotels in other Asia cities, this hotel is too humble within the similar range of the budget. Room size is quite tight as typical hotels in Japan.

Sizeable rooms. Good service staff. Good location near Sapporo train station.

The onsen is disappointing. It feels very stuffy and humid due to lack of air circulation.
