Quiet location...close to the mall

The throw was dirty

The location is prime

There was no bedding on the day I checked it. There was no roll of tissues when I got there to check in. They only fixed everything on the second day. I could have even slept on the streets and felt more comfortable.

Lovely place. Can't rate staff because there's no contact with them as this is a self catering apartment without regular cleaning services

There's no cold/heat aircon and on weeks like mine when it was soo cold,that would have been handy

Location is good and its clean

I didn’t like that somethings are not revealed before booking. You see when you are about to confirm payment that there is a cleaning fee yet no one comes to clean during stay. The supplies needs a daily refill, more blankets needed Cape Town is cold for a first timer

Proximity to the mall and secure

You cleaners should atleast come in between the stay

LOVED the location so close to the Conference Centre, apartment was well fitted out, classy and comfortable. Great security

Battled on arrival to find the keys as there was no-one at the bottom Reception but I did push the buzzer and they came to fetch me. Do feel the cleaning fee is exorbitant

The smell in the room, heater didn’t work, and room was not cleaned properly prior to arriving. Check in time was moved to 5pm due to cleaning.
