The advert was misleading - advertised air-conditioning & a balcony. Arrived - no air-conditioning. After contacting the property by Whatsapp - I was told "sorry for the confusion, use the fans available". No access to the balcony - key was in the door - door did not unlock. Read the fine print/house rules. I was notified the evening before arrival that I need to pay a deposit upfront before arrival. The deposit required registering on the website and adding name, ID numbers, addresses before you need to pay the deposit. Arriving at security required filling the same information on paper and again on a tablet with a photo of yourself before I could add a code to a locked key box to retrieve a key. Waiting for the property to refund my deposit...

The room was very clean when I got there. However there was no cleaning services and the place became very stuffy as my stay progressed. I was on a medical congress so could not stay in to open the door. There are no windows to air the place. The transport shuttle is a good idea and the driver was excellent

As above. Did not take notice that there were no breakfast included. There was no aircon or heating

The linen was not there on the 1st day and the pillows were dirty, I had to sleep on the couch. They don't have the sense of urgency when it comes to their guests.

The drains had a foul smell and stank throughout my whole stay. Maintenance was sent to clean it out but it still had an awful sickening smell. It spoiled my whole stay. The only way to keep most of the stink contained was for me to cover every drain oulet in the appartment to block the smell from coming through. I complained about this more than once. Definitely not worth the price I paid for it. I will not spend money to stay there again and will not be recommending the place to anyone. There was also no instructions relating to handing in the keys and exiting the boom. The building security was amazing but the security at the boom was unhelpful and obstructive. His refusal to assist made me need to drive back for the keys and to the boom again to exit and then back again to give the keys back after I exited. This made me late for my airport checkin. Security needs to be trained on customer service and how to address customer concerns.

Alguns dias após pagar a reserva, a surpresa no e-mail para eu pagar uma garantia, minha reserva era para 7fias e cobraram uma garantia de 2 mil Zar!!! De última hora, isso não constava no booking no momento da reserva, e se eu não pagasse teria que pedir a devolução do valor no escritório, burocracia e demora no processo… fui obrigada a pagar, e até agora não devolveram a garantia… mas além dessa armadilha, o atendimento é pessimo! A publicidade do anúncio deve ser clara sem omissões para o CDC Brasileiro, fiz a reserva pelo booking no Brasil. Essa garantia não estava explícita! Motivo pelo qual estou deixando de buscar hotéis pelo booking…se não houver punição sobre esse caso…

Location was great, close to work and the mall.

Directions to the apartment was not clear. I had to go to the hotel for directions otherwise I would have been lost.
