"Far below expectations - poor communication, unprepared rooms, and several avoidable problems"

Extremely difficult. We were not given any of the lockbox codes for multiple rooms, so our team members couldn’t even check in on arrival. We had to wait for assistance before anyone could access their units

The entire experience was extremely disappointing. We booked five rooms for a business trip, and from the moment we arrived everything was disorganized. We did not receive any of the lockbox codes needed to access the keys, so several team members couldn’t even check in. One of the rooms had no linen on the bed, multiple rooms smelled unpleasant (including one with a strong cannabis smell), and another room we paid for was completely inaccessible because the key could not be located. One of our team members had to leave the property completely and check into another hotel because the conditions were unacceptable. Management apologised but declined any compensation, even for the room we couldn’t use and the guest who had to move to another hotel.
