Location was great, parking was good and close to elevator. Room was close to the elevator as well. Room was clean and equipped with most of the amenities.

Room had an odour of cooked food or something to that effect. Fan heater was not working. No shower amenities provided. Shower drain was clogged. Maintenance came to unblock and left dirt in the shower. There is no full length mirror in the room. The room is almost on ground level offering no privacy so curtains need to stay closed. No tissue box provided in the room or kitchen. Initial lock box code provided did not work.

The location was perfect for me to travel to and from my office. The apartment is modern and the feedback from the host was good.

There seems to be a problem with some of appliances. The fridge or washing machine has a technical problem, resulting in the overflow of water. The carpet got wet and the smell was not pleasant. The couch has to be deep cleaned, not pleasant. To be honest I did not sit on the couch. When you have to check out, you have to drive out, return to the boom gate, receive a parking disk and then only you can drop off your keys and exit.

Other residents were exceptionally noisy during the early hours of the morning. I felt unsafe. Emergency alarms also went off at 4am, was a very traumatic experience. The linen was also dirty.
