Stylish Studio in Century City Bridgewater Walk to Canal Walk

Perfect position if you are attending any conference at the Century City Conference Centre, and within close walking distance

Bed is not comfortable and it makes noise

The furniture is classy and room is clean, location is the best

Nah I liked about everything about the apartment to be honest

I couldn't keep the balcony open because of rat passing by . No air conditioning available

Very poor service from the property management . Had a problem with the parking disc , replacement was quite an effort for them to replace . Was tricked by to having to pay for cleaning services . This is not clearly stated when making the booking that this is not a daily cleaning service , but cleaning for their benefit before and after your stay.

When I arrived the evening. I could not get the TV to work. No wifi code was provided. I whatsapp the host and they could provide a wifi code and I could connect the TV to my Netflix. (Feels uncomfortable to bother someone after hours, but they helped)

Check-in time is too late. Check-out time is too early.

Privacy. (There was no service.) Balcony, but door didn't lock! There was always someone at reception to help and someone would come very quickly. The Wifi was a problem. I'd paid for an eSIM which I couldn't get working. I didn't get a SIM card and I couldn't access the email that gave the code for the lock box which was held at reception, so I couldn't get in. Too much "Security" ??!! When I left I couldn't get out without the fob which was on the keys & supposed to be left in the lock box! I loved the washing machine and kitchen.

The WiFi and instructions about getting the keys - please do not send in an email! because of the "Catch-22" situation I found myself in. (I couldn't read the email.) When I left at 07:30am I had nowhere to leave the keys because I had to get out of the building. (Friends were waiting in our hired car to get to the airport.) I asked the Car Park security person and at Bridgewater Hotel, but security is so tight, they wouldn't take them. There was no information about anything, no TV instructions (always good to have local TV and radio), directions / map of Shopping Centre, no tourist info at all.
