Shower water drain smells very bad affecting the entire apartment if shower door is not closed. There is no AC, when the apartment is hot, it was difficult to sleep

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well appointed.

No aircon or fan; luckily it was neither too hot nor too cold during my visit. There were no instructions (that I could easily find) on how to operate the oven or microwave. Getting the key on arrival was difficult - there was no one at security and we couldn't find anyone. The lockbox with the key was just left on the desk, which is a security risk, and I was not advised ahead of time. The actual drop off on check out was not the same as was detailed in the guide.

The key collection process has improved and is now located within the premises, unlike before when I had to drive to a place like the Marriott Hotel to collect the keys, which was quite inconvenient. Now, it’s much more convenient and efficient.

Outside the balcony where we hang our clothes and laundry, and in the surrounding area, cleaners recently did not remove most of the spider webs, which were so numerous it seemed the place isn’t cleaned regularly. Bridgewaters really needs to come up with a plan to address this.
