Stunning New Penthouse Apartment

Perfect location - everything was accessible and walking distance! The apartment itself was so clean, spacious, 1 en-suite room and another bathroom - super comfortable for my friends and I. Everything we could possibly need was available and well thought out. Would recommend over and over again!

Location was very central, the apartment was spotless, very spacious for a family of four well equipped kitchen WiFi. Would definitely stay again

The apartment is so spacious and spotless. The roof terrace is also well kept and was perfect on the sunshine. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The location is great! Right in.the town centre and a short walk from the beach and attractions like Adventure Island. It felt very safe with the door entry system.

We arrived in a heatwave during half term so it was quite noisy at night as we had to keep all windows open. So we could have been doing with a fan in each room.

Great location for amenities, pier etc and a great size. Parking was easy in the nearby car park. Roof terrace gave excellent views.

As mentioned by others, you do get noise overnight from the street so if you are a light sleeper this is something to consider.

The water in bathroom did not run away

We've returned over a week ago from South End and stayed in this apartment. Plus points: It is located in a central position in the town and there is a car park very close by which isn't expensive. The apartment is spacious with a lot of storage, modern appliances, under floor heating in parts, super clean, and the roof terrace is a really nice extra. Beds are comfy and the coffee machine was a real treat. Building security is also very comforting with both camera monitoring and apartment alarm system.

Marketed as a premium stay, some small issues made us question the price point. Negative points: No welcome pack with instructions for the appliances/wifi. Advertised to cater for six, only just caters for 4. Lack of bedding/blankets/pillows/crockery/ glasses/cutlery/oven mitt/washing up bowl, kitchen sink plug. The majority of the appliances were not UK plugs with only one correct adapter which we had to keep moving around. The TV had to be unplugged to use the tassimo. TV kept muting and unmuting itself (issue with sound). No curtains or black out blinds so we were all awake at 5am each day.  Both bathrooms had blocked/slow flowing sinks, making washing after shaving a pain for example. The front door was very awkward to lock and the windows all need repairs to block out street noise. The floor creaks in the hallway making secret midnight snack trips to the fridge a global event. The bathroom fan is very loud and probably needs replacing as the en suite fan is whisper quiet. There were only 2 deck chairs on the terrace, and a very mouldy bean bag. Looking at other reviews, I feel our group may have stayed somewhere else! Left some feedback via Booking, but have received no reply from the owners. It is a truly lovely apartment however having so many niggles will put us off booking this apartment again in the future.

Exceptional apartment. - fantastic location for town, beach and station, Everything we needed was there and really comfortable and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The stairs … but they were good for exercise!
