Korstay Guesthouse Seoul Station

-숙대입구역 바로 앞에 있음 -모든 방에 온돌이 있어서 내부가 따뜻함 -건물이 오래되서 외풍이 다소있지만 그것을 위한 전열기도 구비되어있음 -이불, 수건을 항상 세탁하고 넉넉하게 구비해둠 -콘센트 사용이 용이함 -모든 방에 개별 화장실/샤워기능이 있음 -주기적으로 노후상태를 점검하고 보수하는 흔적이 보임 -간이보관용 공용 냉장고 있음(냉동/냉장 둘다됨) -숙대역 배달음식 다 됨 -편의점 가까움 -여름 냉방기능 아주 쾌적함

-화장실에 손세척용 비누가 없음 -TV가 구식이라 영상시청 많이하는 이용객은 불편할 수 있음(전 신경안쓰는 부분) -WiFi 되지만 간혹 감도가 이상함 -가끔 해외관광객이 이용할 때 객실 내부에 신발을 신고 들어가는지 바닥에 먼지나 모래가 많이 밟힐 때가 있음 (바닥 청소에 조금만 더 신경을 써주시고 해외관광객에게 신발을 벗고 들어가야한다는 안내문을 필히 돌려주셨으면 합니다.) -여름에 화장실 습함(객실은 에어컨기능이 너무 잘되어 있어서 쾌적하나 화장실 문을 열어두고 같이 제습할 것을 권함)

Took a bit of time for the electric heater to really work but the room eventually got warm and cozy :)

The location is amazing, right by a central metro station which during a mega cold snap was pure gold. The place is clean and reasonable for the price. The staff stay in the background, but are super friendly when you meet them.and they keep you in clean towels, coffee and water without fail.

A simple hook on the bathroom door would have made showering easier. It was very cold and I couldn't close the door as I had to use the door for hanging clothes which would have got wet if I had closed it.

Clean, convenient

The mattress is in poor condition and old, so it should be replaced with a new one.
