"Been using this place for years - it's not been updated and now shabby. Not coming back again."

Location

tv did not work, bathroom light flickering, beds were horrid, office staff rude. Maintanace person was great.

Location to Northern Quest casino

Very dated, with a need for paint, and updating. Beds creaks and weren’t very comfortable. No breakfast options and the office doesn’t open until 8:30 in the morning so no quick grab of hot water for tea or coffee if you are leaving early.

The young woman that checked us in was very friendly

It was a very old, worn room. There was painters tape on the inside of the door, the lock didn't work properly. The night shift person was not very pleasant when I asked for help.

I liked the amenities available for the price, and the friendliness of the employees.

I wished the kitchen and bathroom floors had been mopped; they were a bit sticky.
