The size and the price of the rooms.

There was little to no back or lumbar support with the beds or couches. The beds were so old you could feel all movement from the other person.

I think this is my fav place to stay. I love the rooms, it's always clean, and it gives me a homey feel.

The only thing, i spent two days in two different rooms, and the volume wouldn't work on the tv.

Location & two bedrooms

Staff was not very friendly. The internet was terrible and did NOT work most of the time. The air conditioning remote did NOT work so you had to get up an a chair to change the temperature and fan. The tv did NOT work in either room! Just a very poor place to stay and mot taken care of!
