Bulverton House Holiday Cottages

The property was located within a 20 min walk of Sidmouth. It was spotlessly clean with all modern facilities. We were kindly left scones, jam and clotted cream along with milk, bread and a nice bottle of red wine, which was much appreciated. There were good written instructions on places to eat, visit and emergency contact numbers for Dentist, Doctors etc which is always useful. The owners Chris and Ellen were very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

The weather but made the best of our stay!!

The cottage was spacious and its location ideal for Sidmouth and surrounding coastal towns/villages and for destinations further afield

Being promoted as 5-star I would have welcomed the addition of hand flannels in the bathroom and J-clothes in the kitchen. With those being my only suggestions for enhancement it confirms what a splendid stay was had

Lovely cottage beautifully decorated and equipped, good location for the 2 of us and Bert who enjoyed the small garden and the park just a few hundred yards from the cottage.

Our cottage was excellent, comfortable, spotless and with great facilities and welcome scones and wine!

Truly exceptional, we loved the set up of the cottage and beautiful gardens, Chris the owner had thought of everything needed for our stay, added thoughtful touch scones , cream and jam on arrival . Highly recommend, the whole place was amazing clean, just a 20 min walk to town/beach. We thoroughly loved Bulverton Cottages. Chris came out to greet us both on arrival and departure. Wonderful.

Lovely, stylish and spotlessly clean apartment with private courtyard a 20-minute walk from Sidmouth seafront. We arrived to a friendly welcome from the owner Chris and a delicious cream tea awaited us, and wine. A beautiful place to stay for a couple visiting Sidmouth and surroundings.
