Bulverton House Holiday Cottages

The owners welcomed us with freshly baked cream teas on arrival and a bottle of red which was a lovely touch. The general cleanliness and upkeep was also spotless. The location was a 3 minute drive to the town centre car parks which was also very convenient.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and modern with nice touches.

Comfy, spotless and well appointed to a very high standard, with everything thought of. Lovely cream tea welcome with exquisite freshly baked scones. Very easy parking, although entrance from the road took a couple of passes as propertu signs are small and entrace easily missed. Comfy bed. 20 mins walk from town.

Location was perfect - within walking distance of Sidmouth town/beach. Quiet and rural, didn’t feel overlooked at all! Holiday cottage was beautiful - clean, cosy & newly renovated! Lovely little touches such as dog bed, treats and bowls for our dog, and a cream tea and bottle of wine for us! We will definitely be returning!

I’m all for guests being responsible but I didn’t like that we had to take our own bins/recycling out & sort it all ourselves. In 4* luxury accommodation the guests shouldn’t have to do this. That being said .. it wouldn’t deter us from visiting again soon :-).

Chris and Ellen were superb hosts and helped with any questions or issues. The property was magnificent, exactly what you need - very comfortable with all the amenities.
