GBThe location was good and the property was spacious.
The floors had not been cleaned or hoovered. The bedrooms were dusty. The kitchen surfaces were sticky. The lamp in the triple bedroom didn’t work and we weren’t provided with bedding or towels for one of the booked guests.
GBAmenities provided were well thought through, clean and spacious did not expect the size to be as huge as it was! The customer support were easy to contact and quick to respond would definitely stay again
GBComfortable apartment for a one night stop off of longer journey. Close to a supermarket for supplies. Plenty of on street parking. Good communication with owners when we had a small issue with entry code which was immediately remedied. The entrance and stairwell, lift are unclean and could put people off, which is a shame because once inside the apartment we felt secure and had everything we needed for a relaxed night with our children. We visited the science museum which our 11 and 13 year old enjoyed.
The double bed mattress is very soft, but might be perfect for some. The entrance would be so much nicer if it was cleaned up regularly. A few more glasses and cutlery would have been needed if we were staying more than a night with a family of 5.

GBThe apartment was a good size space, nice layout and furnished to a good standard initially.
The building it seems is used to ‘house’ people? As lots of unsavoury characters around the entrances, lots of litter and very strong smell of drugs in corridors and stairs. Teenage youngsters playing football in the courtyard and others using it as smoking and littering area! The lift was broken during our stay so with health issues and young children, it was an awful experience to get to and from our 3rd floor apartment. I complained to the host (who was responsive in replying back) and was told to use the other side building lift, which we started to but that also broke as so many people were using it! Inside the apartment the maintenance of jobs has been done to a poor standard it seems once the original fixtures/fittings have broken! Needs a full revamp to be sold as ‘luxury’ apartments!
