Lack of parking
GBAbsolutely nothing totally misleading photos, it was definitely not as portrayed
Where do I start, intimidating entrance, enter building smells, enter the room, flooring coming apart, walls covered in marks, beds looked like someone had just got out of them, couch very poorly state do I need to go on.
GBI loved the interior design in lounge area
There was no dishwasher tablets or liquid to clean up also the ring doorbell outside property doesn’t work and non of the tv remotes in bedrooms had any batteries. The 5 star is for the owners as they were brilliant and made sure they were attentive should we need them or have any concerns

Poor communication, questionable stains all over the bed sheets, bedsheets were not ironed, untidy flat, The stairways leading into the flat was rundown.
GBCooker broken and not working Rooms have no windows so was very hot. Only provided small fan which wasn't sufficient

The lift wasn't working. Bathroom shower was very hot temperature button has been damaged also one of the bedroom outside handle was broken. Although I spoke to the host and she offered me another room for the four of us to shower, although after travelling from Kent this was a nuisance. We had stayed here for my daughters graduation in Leeds.

The prison vibe from outside. The lift is not clean. The maintain door can be kept clean and smell free. Remove black bins from the main door
