Convenient location, well equipped kitchen, lots of space, very comfy

Mattress could have been more comfortable. Just a shower no bath. It would have been good if the car parking had remained free as advertised and not the £5 per day.

Had everything you could need, clean and modern apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and as described. Tea and coffee was provided (no milk) and two bottles of water in the fridge. The location was great for us. Car parking - You can park by the lodge for free whilst unloading (this is the car park you can't leave and re-enter). You then need to move to the multi-story or elsewhere. We didn't pre book and there were loads of spaces. We downloaded the app and paid each time we left which worked out at £5 a day. Much cheaper than others we've used and was secure. Communication was fantastic throughout. We really liked the guest book that was sent with lots of useful local information.

Not the hosts fault - some of the corridors didn't smell very pleasant. Plumbing made a noise when flushed but couldn't be heard in the bedroom so not disruptive.

Excellent facilities, like a home from home.

It's a shame there's no longer free parking for Vivo guests, but at £5 for the night it's not extortionate.

Great location. Comfortable home from home apartment. Well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer. Tea and coffee were provided which was a nice touch.

Parking was a bit complicated but we eventually managed to reserve a space online and it was right next door to the apartment. The bathroom was well equipped but another shelf would be great. Plumbing was a bit loud too when you flushed the toilet.

Good location. Well equipped. Rooms were not too hot, particularly the bedroom, well controlled. Bedding was warm but not too hot. Very quiet! Nice view.

Parking costs. But found spaces outside the complex for free.
