View sangat menarik.

The room was as pictured. Painted cute (inside), clean, warm water, fan... good view from back porch area For us the location was fine as a stop over from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan. Town had restaurants and grocery stores. There was a common kitchen area, but no refrigerator.

Communication was difficult - little to no English. The rooms had no sound proofing - could hear every movement of the neighbors (especially above). The first day was very windy - came through window & door gaps. Had ocasional sewage smells when outside. Kinda pricey for what you get.

The place is well positioned in kundasang close to stores, (night) market, bank, and restaurant. The view of Mount Kinabalu and the valley is amazing. It has all the basic facilities described and it can be considered clean. The owner is open to help and advice.

The construction is in dirty.side road surrounded by not clean neighborhood and messy houses. The house interior and forniture are very basic and built from scraps. In my opinion it is overpriced but this is the situation in all kundasang town.

Great location in Kundasang and what a view from the private balcony! Clean and spacious room, attached bathroom with hot water shower. Comfy bed, standing fan (we didn't need aircon but a blanket at night). Good wifi, parking in front of the property. Supermarket and restaurants withing walking distance. Overall, great value for money.

The location was great. 20 minutes from Kinabalu Park and close to centre of Kandusang. The bed was comfy with great pillows. The view from the balcony was amazing.

It would be nice to have some sociable outside space.

The large room and balcony size for even a normal standard room. I think on the website, the size is wrong as this room is bigger. Ask the home stay to re-measure and give the bigger room size.

I stayed on Ground floor so if First floor balcony made noise, I can hear clearly so better stay on First floor rooms and be sensitive of the guest staying on Ground floor.

The view of Kinabalu Mount directly from balcony, especially early in the morning! The water heater works amazing, also strong water pressure.

Not too spacious but comfortable, suitable for short stay

Only thing was location close to war memorial and shops and restaurants not far to walk and the view from window of mountain

The roosters start 4am it multiple around not even ear plugs helped there is no sound proofing so if your staying in room 2 it’s the worst curtains don’t close properly so as soon it’s light it be in your face a kettle but no facilities eg coffee water ect the bathroom had bad smell hot water isn’t hot only Luke warm, wasn’t clean needs to be updated run down personally I stayed in better places for same price
