I stay at family room. The fan only 1 but my room is for 5 people (queen&double bed) 😂 Bathroom a bit dirty. tq

I like the private balcone for every room. It is located in the heart of kundasang where everything is accessible.

1) The wall is not soundproof. 2) parking is limited 3) road 50 m to this place got holes, you must be careful.

Acceptable comfortability of the place. Nice mountain view.

Bathroom need to improve

The spacious balcony with the seating area, sink and some dishes to prepare your own coffee/instant noodles or some fruit is really nice. Fantastic view to the mountains, loads of birds around. Location is quiet, although close to the town center, so nice for people who don't have an own vehicle. Large, clean, well equipped room, although not the newest furniture.

Mainly caused by the fact, that I was partly there during a main holiday in Malaysia, the rooms were fully booked (and actually in whole Kundasang) and as mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are not soundproof, so you hear every step and conversation. In the very night it was quiet enough to sleep though, depending how respectful the other guests are. That was actually much better after the holidays. Also - I believe a problem in whole Kundasang, which was probably worse due to the mass of tourists during the holidays - the sewerage smell from bathroom and from the back of the house - was sometimes really bad. This actually also got better after the holidays.
