It was right by condado beach. Great location! The staff were very helpful through the booking app with quick responses.

The hallways outside our room were not clean and smelled bad. Also, only one key so if we split we had to go down to the street to get the rest of our group.

Location is wonderful! Lots of places to eat and have fun (even a Walgreens) al at walking distance. Also, beach is nearby.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Close to Restaurants, beach, pharmacy and hospital. The host always responded kindly when requested.

The only unpleasant thing was a bad smell in the hallway before the entrance to the apartment

Space,shower ,the water was almost non existent,the noise from building constructions all around but even worst from the refrigeration system of walgreens ,you coul not be in the balcomy al all becouse of that and the rubbish left there. Luck of proper curtains you get light all the time day and night from street lights make it difficult to sleep The outside state of the building is extremely poor

The host was excellent. They responded immediately to any request. Location was close to everything including the beach. Beware. tourist trap. Lowest meal cost an average of $21.00. You have to get out of the district for reasonable meal cost. If you like to cook, the small kitchen had a stove and there is a Walgreens at the corner with things you would not imagine you could fine at Walgreens. There is a small supermarket further down, you can walk to for more items. They are a little pricey, but I got some good bargains. Make a list of what you need before you head out. I forgot important items and didn't want to walk back. I had to settle for Walgreens' prices. Yes, I said walk to and from supermarket. Walgreens has a parking lot. However, the streets are very narrow, little places to park if any, and people drive crazy out there. A guy on a bike pulled in front of us like he had a license to die. The cost for the apartment was very reasonable. It had everything you would need to feel at home (except a potato peeler, LOL and a toaster). The apartment is just what you see on the website as far as layout. The apartment itself needed a little renovation love. But it was manageable. The apartment has a balcony that needs some love facing the parking lot. The building had dryers. I didn't see a washing machine. The air conditioning was exceptional. It was so cold; we had to turn it down some. The hot water for showers seemed to be regulated. However, it could get boiling hot. The apartment had a large TV mounted to the wall. The building had a pool and lots of security You had to empty your own trash in a gated location inside the parking area You needed one master key for just about everything in the building as far as your rental. This review is as precise as I can get. This box is not big enough for all I want to say.

The smell in the hallway outside the door. It smelled like urine. During the day, the Lord's light shines into the apartment. You don't need to turn on any lights. The curtains do not block the light. it could be a problem. for you The TV channels were in Spanish. If you have toddlers like we did that don't understand Spanish, you need to access YouTube free cartoons using the remote. You click the square dots option on the remote and press YouTube.
