Downtown Condado Tropical Studio

It is a very convenient location to the beach, casino and shops. The owner was pleasant to work with, answered all questions quickly and was very responsive.

The hot water was intermittent but was not a hamper to our stay.

Location was fantastic. Right in front of restaurant beach . Really nice .

I couldn’t get front door to open , to many codes . And sometimes I she a lot drinking maybe was that. But the staff was replying all my text ! That good ! Very responsive , so much bright in the room , they need to put curtains windows ..so customers can make a choice on how bright the want the room , I like my room medium dark , for sleeping!

The location was very good

I did not like the small leak we had in the bathroom I had to mop twice every day the bathroom floor

The location was great close to transportation, beach was 2 minutes away, restaurants all within walking distance.

Everything! This place is a crap hole. Spent 30 minutes trying to get the key because their instructions failed to mention how to get the key out of the mailbox. They also failed to mention how to use the elevator key to get to your floor. Do you want to sleep? Nope, you won't get any. Noice all night, but mostly the thin curtains that let all the light through. Want privacy in the bathroom? Nope, this is not your place. Windows in the bathroom are open, and anyone in buildings outside can see in. Towels with stains were great and charged me a cleaning fee, but we also had to clean after our stay. The smell of urine outside the door was a phenomenal touch.

Clean, comfortable, nice to have full-size fridge, AC worked well, bright, good location, parking was convenient.

Noisy due to construction across the street, street noise sometimes, shower temperature was hard to maintain; room darkening shades would have been helpful, along with a table on both sides of bed and a blender. The microwave was a little puzzling.. Some paint and finish a little rough.

Great location, one block from the beach. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Free parking in a secure lot on premises. A comfortable balcony overlooking the city and even a small pool. It’s not new, but then neither am I.

Water pressure was low in shower. I understand that San Juan has this issue.
