Beds were clean and comfortable, house is spacious

Despite advertising free wi-fi, there was none. Router light was amber throughout our stay. No response to any of my messages. Lights in 2 of the bedrooms were not working. We managed as it was one night only but the house is worn and in need of some basic TLC.

The house was neat and wide

The backyard was full of cigarettes rest it will be nice it is cleaned

The house is excellent. I have not been in a similar accommodation previously and for such a price.

The location only Had we had an alternative we would of left

On arrival the house smelt of canabis, we were greeted with bits of canabis on the sofa,a dirty kitchen, no forks only knives and spoons. A splif on the windowsill in the middle room. A garden full of old cigarettes, and canabis. The bed was broken in one of the rooms. The toilet seats were broken. We were staying with a 8month old and the floors were filthy. Wet washing left to go stale in the washing machine.I think the front door also needs replacing did not lock properly and even when locked rattled.I made contact with the owner to request forks and was told they would provide them, non arrived.Requested a cot ,not provided and not Informed that there wouldn't be one. I contacted the owner 4 times prior to our arrival with nil response. Once we arrived contacted twice nil response until the next day. All in all a terrible place to stay. Very clear it had not been cleaned just beds made. Even the towels provided were stained. Concerning about the amount of unopened post from bailifts also.

Absolutely nothing

This was unfortunately one of my worst booking.com experiences. The property was filthy, dirty bins, rubbish in the cupboards, smell of marijuana, used female sanitary products in the bathroom bin, the list goes on. Many months later i’ve still gotten nowhere with a refund. The property owner is ignoring my calls and messages and Booking.com can’t do anything either as they’re being ignored.

House was not as advertised. Smell of marajuna when going in was over powering- no toiletries or hand soap in bathroom left as advertised. We couldn't allow our children to stay here so half the party had to find somewhere safer and cleaner for the children which was not ideal! Beds were dirty with dirty tissues , crisps on the mattress and sweet wrappers and stuck half eaten sweets all over house! Coffee was old and mouldy! Front door is not secure and felt unsafe and area feels unsafe. The bedroom door was not attached and off its hinges and nearly caused an injury as unaware ! Host when messaged said he was aware of it ! No mention of it upon booking. Bathroom had what looked like punched holes in the wall. It's put me off booking an Air BnB again ! Sheets had stains and tk have food I'm beds is disgusting for guests. After we found alternate accommodation for the kids we woke up and left as soon as we could

The property smells of cannabis and was found in Pan cupboard. Property was not clean and covered in ants. Bedding was dirty and had pubic hair and bits on it. Internet was down for 3 days. Freezer was 1 solid block of ice . I contacted the property with my concern, and I got no response . The front door did not iven shut properly.
