Entire Modern Home Middlesbrough

It was very near the university, eateries and city centre. Easy to get parked. New floorings. Comfy beds and sofa.

Unfortunately 2 of the beds had not been changed. One was smelly, the other hairy. Also bedding was cheap so sheets were bobbley. No bedside lights. 1st floor toilet seat broken, didn't have a lock on door. Kitchen and bathrooms need a deep clean. I was nervous about the parking, it didn't feel safe.

It was dirty and unkept. The host put wet, folded towels on the bed to welcome us as guests. There were one or two rats running around the apartment, with rat faeces littered in several places, kitchen cupboards inclusive. My wife fell sick and threw up due to the unhygienic conditions in the house. I would expect that for the price of the apartment, there would be complimentary bottles of water at the least, when we checked in. We had to go back out to the local shop to get some supplies, kitchen towels and bathing soap inclusive, after checking in, despite being tired from a long trip. The host was also unresponsive, I sent him a text message after checking in, and another text to complain that the heater in one of the bedrooms wasn’t functioning. He still has not responded to either till date!

As advertised, very clean and comfortable beds.
