Need to be change bed sheets and need pest control seen cockroaches roaming over the bed it’s disgusting Had a cellar but not giving for parking

1. Staff was rude 2. Bed sheet & pillow were in worse condition, some couple might had used before. 3. Tv was not working. Staff used to give false assurance
