"Awful stay."

Nothing awful owner.

When I booked this apartment nowhere in the description did it say that the keys were a one mile walk away from the apartment I booked it because it was close to Victoria Starion. One hour before check in I got these instructions. I collected the keys from a corner shop and walked the mile to the apartments. The lady on the concierge desk said I could leave the keys with them I contacted the owner of the apartment who said if I did this I would be charged £250.00. I asked the lady on the desk about this fee and she said there is no fee and that we are being told this because the apartment owner should not be using this as an AIRBNB or any other letting. This morning I had to walk a mile back to the shop and half a mile back to catch my train. I had to do this by 11am or face a further charge. I wish I read the previous feedback as 3 other people have commented on this walk. The apartment was OK basic but the main shower tray floods the floor. Also already mentioned which owner said would fix. There was also a string horrible smell in the corridor to the room. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The owner was not helpful at all.

"Would go elsewhere."

Was a lovely location although parking was a problem.

After an almost 4 hour drive, getting luggage out of the car and heading to the property, was told to get back in the car to drive and get the keys! Shower tray was blocked and overflowed. No blind in the master bedroom with a street light right outside. Informed owner who did nothing about this.

"Beautiful"

Location was amazing, beautiful view from room

We booked this exact stay for the location as me and my 10 year old son are disabled so we could save money on car hire as we got the train from London, the only downside was the keys to apartment were in a different location to the actual apartment which was around a 20min walk... there and back.

Location

First, he didn’t ask us about the deposit but when we booked he send message telling us if you don’t pay the deposit I won’t send you the instructions to get the key , plus we came from uae it was about 8 hours travelling so we were so tired we arrived early about 8 am , we asked the guy politely if we can leave the baggage somewhere and we assumed that he will let us check in early , he said sorry we don’t have a place for baggage and if you want to check in early you have to pay more , plus the key instructions so complicated we have to find the shop which is far from the apartment to get the key .

Very Unprofessional I did not like one thing about it

Very unclear on policy.. I paid money for it only to be told after paying that there’s extra fees which is very naughty to do considering it was non refundable and nothing stated about extra fees on policy
