Honestly, this whole experience was extremely stressful, and I would not recommend this host to anyone. If you are looking for a flat with no Wi-Fi, a destroyed sofa, and broken keys, then this is the place for you. From the very beginning, nothing went smoothly. I paid for the stay through Booking.com, but after the payment, the host messaged me directly asking for an additional deposit. I had no other option but to pay it, otherwise I wouldn’t receive the keys. I checked in on the 19th, and on the same day I noticed multiple serious problems, which I immediately reported to the host. Because of these issues, I checked myself out the next day, on the 20th. Until today, I have been contacting Booking.com and still received zero clear answers regarding my £320 payment and the deposit. Booking.com stated that this property is not authorised to charge additional fees and advised me to contact the host directly. At this point, it feels like you cannot trust anyone involved in this booking.

It was not clean and had no internet, the towels were dirty and the guest bathroom was not working.

Arrived no keys left in the lock box as the cleaner was still in the property after 3pm. From working in hospitality I would have expected the apartment to have been cleaned first thing when the last person had checked out Whilst having to wait at the lock boxes for the keys we was surrounded by rubbish and rats running about it was like a Tip! The property was not clean the beds looked like someone had just got out of them. Crumbs all over the floor, the downstairs toilet had a bin bag full of rubbish in there aswell and the toilet being broken ! Where the glasses was on the shelves there was a used shot glass still with abit of something in it. One of the lifts was out of service so if you wanted the lift it took so long and the apartment is on the 5th floor. On the balcony there was a large water bottle full of cigarette buts! As a non smoker this is vile !! Considering we paid £240 then a £200 damage deposit I was completely shocked to the standard of apartment we arrived too. I have paid much less for a lot better, I was very upset

It was close to where we wanted to be.

It was advertised as having WiFi however the WiFi name didn’t come up when searching. One of our group needed to make work video calls and was unable to use the WiFi. The downstairs toilet was out of use and had a very bad smell. The Id verification online wouldn’t work on my phone. We’ve stayed as a group and separate couples on many occasions and have never had to go through that. Getting into the building was terrible.
