Cream tea waiting for us on arrival with tea and coffee and milk provided a great start after a long journey. Lots if info given in welcoming email and place so clean and beds so.comfy.

Scones, jam and clotted cream when we arrived. Milk, tea, coffee all supplied. Very quaint, period cottage, tastefully decorated. Fantastic circular walk from the cottage (instructions in coffee table drawer).

The front door glass is totally clear and does not feel private at night when the lights are on and you can see from the street thru to the kitchen. A simple curtain pole and full length curtain that can be pulled across the front door area would resolve this and make the cottage warmer in the winter I'm sure. Otherwise the cottage is lovely and good value for money in a fab location.

Beautiful cottage with lots of character and decorated well. A lovely Cornish tea was waiting for us on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

"A lovely cottage"

The kitchen and facilities were very well equipped. Good furnishings andovation. Welcome scones were delicious and milk left in the fridge. It was done up lovely inside, there were logs for the fire, towels and soaps, washing up liquid, everything you would need for a trip away. Definitely saves on the packing!

The oven is quite dated and the hob markings were rubbed off. The cooker took longer than a normal oven to cook. The website doesn't show the main garden with summerhouse is actually up steps and between other properties meaning you have to take your dog/ children up and be with them as there is access to the main road and it's not secure. There is however a small courtyard with a bolted gate right outside the cottage which is secure.

Beautifully decorated cottage with bags of character, everything has been thought of and made for an easy stay, good communication and couldn’t fault it- perfect, we had a lovely stay thank you
