Good location in relation to the city centre.

List of amenities were incorrect. -Washing machine wasn’t plumbed in -No tumble drier as stated -We had to purchase a clothes horse to dry any laundry once we’d connected the washing machine to the water supply -Connecting to the Wi-Fi wasn’t straight forward. We had to contact hosts and try 2 separate codes before it worked -Old bed sheets were left in bin bags in the bedroom from a previous guest and weren’t collected over our two weeks stay, despite us letting the hosts know about the dirty laundry -Bathrooms were unclean, a strong smell of urine in one of the bathrooms that disappeared after we had cleaned the floors ourselves under the toilet. -Toiletries were not supplied as stated -No kitchen tea towels left to dry pots (generally poorly equipped) -Bed sheets had dirty stains on them We travel for work staying in many different types of accommodation, and look for a home away from home. This advertised flat sounded perfect on the surface, however it did not fulfil the advertised criteria which we rely on being accurate to exist whilst away from home for long periods of time. A poorly presented flat that needs to update its list of amenities. The quality does not reflect the price we paid.

When we got to the property, the place was a mess from the previous people after being asked to check in 2 hours later than the original time, the beds werent changed, no toilet roll, hairs all over the bathrooms, dishes and rubbish everywhere

The location is great, super clean with great amenities.

Only thing I’d say, is that the bedrooms are ‘open’ to downstairs. If you get yourself to bed earlier than others, it can be a bit loud unless your guests are super quiet!

Great layout and 2 en-suite bedrooms. Took us a while to locate the lock box as nobody about to ask.
