1. What was advertised is not what we got!!! 2. They weren't attempting to fix THEIR MISTAKES 3. Upon arrival 16:45 they couldn't even find our teams booking confirmation. 4. We booked an Apartment as advertised on booking.com and they wanted to put our team of 2 grown men in 1 room with 1 bed. 5. Instead of fixing it they kept arguing with me till 20:45 even though I sent them proof of what I booked on Booking.com. 6. The guys slept the night as it was late and they were exhausted and they couldn't Shower cause there was no water. 7. As described there were none of the mentioned facilities listed in the booking. 7. Next morning still refused to give me what I originally booked on booking.com so I requested that the accommodation be cancelled and we get a refund and till this day 3 days later after explaining it to the owner on 2 different numbers she has still not done a refund and just ignored booking.com trying to call her and absolutely ignored my WhatsApps and attempts of getting hold of her. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NON DESERVING TO BE SUPPORTED.

The place was great, very neat too, I must really commend the security guard, he knows his things. He was really of good help even though the lady from the office wasn't sure about my booking, most probably because I had changes on my booking, same day. But the guy knew about my booking,he also helped with the directions of where we were going. Great guy indeed,didnt get his name. But thank you my guy 🙏🙏🙏🙏

No towels just 1,wanted to do my hair but I couldn't because of the towel. But not a train smash, I had back up. The rooms are so next to each other I could literally hear the other person in the other room snore.

After driving there, i realized the location had much trash on the streets and didn't look safe, so I canceled the booking

There's nothing I liked about the property

Unprofessional, arrogant, and rude staff. I was treated in a very unprofessional manner. When I arrived at 17:00 on 7 October 2023, I was told the property is fully booked and the staff on duty did not know about my booking. The guy on duty told me they deal with 1st come 1st option, and they don't care about on line booking cause the property owner or manager don't communicate on-line bookings with them I paid but did not stay on the property because the property was fully booked I had to look for another place to stay that night. I had to pay money that I did not budget for I WANT MY FULL REFUND. I'm still in disbelief in the manner I was treated. No apology was given regarding the mishap. I still don't understand why people are in the hospitality industry if that's how they handle their clients.
