The only thing that made me to bare with the place was Moshe, the caretaker. He made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean, the bed was clean and comfortable

I don’t like the fact that there’s no sign or board that directs you to the street, as it’s small gravel road that isn’t visible, worse during the night!! Signs are important!! I don’t like the fact that we had to ask for the water to be open everytime we needed to shower or use the toilet, I understand there might be water problems but other means must be utilised, like boreholes etc. The fact that everytime we must hoot when we get to the gate, what ever happened to giving your guests a remote when they check in so that even when they get back during early hours they don’t have to hoot for the poor caretaker everytime!! That’s not nice. The shower head wasn’t great

Staff is very friendly and make sure that the client gets what they need, on time.

Plumbing on toilets is not so good.

Caretakers were friendly and the place was so clean

There is no sign outside that shows its the guest house we got lost a bit

The place is safe Moses went an extra mile to ensure we had water for bathing when there was an issue with electricity and water

The apartment had not been cleaned, the furniture was dusty. There was a sewerage leakage outside The location of the place was quite difficult to get
