The property is so safe,the staff are so sweet,the hospitality was exceptional,we stayed in a clean place,accommodative to the weather as well,in regards to the winter. There were even electric blankets.

Our stay at Bethesda Guesthouse was truly a warm and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and overall neatness of the place. The rooms were spotless, well-kept, and very comfortable — it’s clear that great care goes into maintaining the guesthouse to high standards. What made our stay even more pleasant was how warm and cozy everything was, especially during the chilly evenings. The heaters and heated blankets in the rooms were a lifesaver, ensuring that we remained comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Moshe, one of the staff members who went above and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. He even referred us to local transport services and helped coordinate everything so smoothly. His hospitality and willingness to help really stood out and made us feel at home. Overall, Bethesda Guesthouse offers clean, warm, and welcoming accommodation, with excellent service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting QwaQwa or Phuthaditjhaba and look forward to staying there again!

I liked Mme Matau and abuti Moshe they were very nice and they are dedicated to their jobs

The facility, the roads leading to the place are extremely bad. Everything about that place is a disaster

We loved everything about the place, it exceeded our expectations. It was home away from home. The room was clean, the cleaner and the security ensured that we were comfortable. We’re definitely coming back!!!

The water could’ve been switched on the whole night. The host could’ve informed us about the time they switch off the water.
