Central Luxurious Stylish Church Conversion

Booked this hotel to take the children away and have a place to ourselves to arrive and find out the hot tub was not working (whole point of going ) was trh only reason we booked was the hottub.

Disgusting!!!!! Shameful staff who claimed to be making 38million a year but is sat on minimum wage replying to messages on Booking.com yeah with no manners such a ugly piece of shit with clearly no life ,Nice character property very spacious

Who ever is maintaining the property and managing it has let it run down to the ground and the staff well i would keep well away if you need anything as you will be treated diabolically

We stayed for one night with family and children, the place is absolutely huge plenty of room for everyone, three double bedrooms all clean and tidy! We even brought our own blow up beds for the kids and they wanted to sleep in the hallway and make camp beds. It had a Great big bathroom with shower and hot tub (which the kids absolutely loved bath time with the changing colour lights and bubbles) very clean! the location is perfect if your planning a night out in Blackpool as it’s a one minute walk to the pubs and clubs we had walkabout and slug and lettuce a stone throw away! We jumped in the tram which was about five minutes walk to the seafront and went to the other piers, Would definitely recommend for the price! I stay in Blackpool every year I just wish I came across this sooner! I won’t be staying anywhere else now! Thanks for a great stay! 5stars from us x

May be a Little noisy on The nights as it’s round the corner from the pubs but we didn’t mind it at all, if you wanted somewhere silent then maybe stay a bit further away

shortage of hand towels and bath towel did not smell nice

Great location , great space for families who want to stay together on a break away My children loved how much space they had to play

1 of the sink plugs didn’t work There was only 1 key which if you’re staying with multiple people would be a better idea for multiple keys Couple of stains on bedding & carpets Remote missing from 1 of the bedrooms The main door is wooden even though it’s lockable I would definitely suggest replacing as there’s a massive slit down it where you can slightly see the outside

We hired this place as it has a hot tub which has been great in the past, unfortunately when we booked this nowhere in the description did it say the hot tub was out of use, we found this out on arrival when we walked in. It was very disappointing.

Large flat well fitted out

Pictures displayed hot tub this was the reason for booking then after booking got told there was no hot tub any more. Was refused a refund by owner I was miss sold by the pictures. The security at this property is very poor front door is falling apart one kick and you would be inside. Empty bottles of booze on steps when first arrived. Signs of canabis use under bed .
