Central Luxurious Stylish Church Conversion

First of all we have been to this place before was amazing this time not so good hot tub removed staff lovely about it explained why asked for late check out and was given free unknown to me would cost £100 deposit so called for a towel and i broke a heat control hmm i i never touched this ite. And did not steal a cheap towel i packed my stuff and took away what i went with so overall i feel robed when i no i did not do what accused of beds have never been cleaned under tofie wrapers rose pettals grape vins poped balloons charge a cleaning fee and my own house is cleaner

They took m.y deposit and lied

Hot tub no working, that’s why we booked, bed mattress noisy and uncomfortable, to remotes for bedrooms don’t work correctly

Lots of space for us and the children.

The hot tub was broken. The laminated sign and brown water have obvsiouly been there a while but is still sold and advertised as having a hot tub. We only booked because of the hot tub and would have booked a different property had we known.

The property is stunning, huge family / living area and a large bathroom with large double bedrooms as well. Modern & clean.

We paid a premium to stay at the property as it was listed of having a hot tub which was great for us to have a few drinks with friends listening to music having a laugh & a good soak. However the hot tub had a sign on it saying out of service and it was empty, we paid probably £150 more that similar properties because it had a hot tub included. We paid £404 for one night which is a lot when you done get to use the main attraction about booking the apartment & also paying a premium for it.

Lovely space, great facilities and the hosts were responsive to messages too. Great location 2 minute walk from most town centre bars but the place is very quiet too.

The only thing I would have like would have been more than one bathroom/toilet as 6 people sharing 1 bathroom took us a while for everyone to be ready :)

Location, size of the property and facilities, some of the best in Blackpool. A quality period property conversion. Ideal if you have a large family and want to rent a whole apartment. TV’s in every room!! 😎 Indoor Jacuzzi is just the best!! 🙌🏽

Remote didn’t work for tv in first bedroom on the right, fortunately we brought one of the boys Xbox which connected straight up and negated the need for a remote, otherwise we’d of had one unhappy little sibling. A manual or instructions on jacuzzi settings would be a good addition.

The location and the layout of the property

The place could do with a good clean the floors especially, no one came to check on the hot tub and by the day we was leaving the water had started to turn colour and smell. I feel we was over charged for the use of a hot tub that we was unable to use for the full duration
