The hotel was in a great central location close to Thamel and right opposite the Garden of Dreams. If felt like a little haven of quiet in the busy city of Kathmandu. The restaurant and bar had amazing sunny views over the whole city. The food was excellent, including the room service. They have just started a spa service and I would highly recommend the massage treatments, especially after weeks of hiking! The design/furnishing of the hotel was exceptional.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the water system during my stay and the hot water was polluted with brown sludge. Unfortunately I wasn't able to have a hot shower during my stay and issues with the water system were not communicated with me. However the team were responsive when I raised the issue and kindly amended my bill to compensate for the inconvenience experienced.

Super comfy beds, really nice breakfast and amazing rooftop pool. Friendly helpful staff who were accommodating.

Slight bit of traffic noise in room but it quietened right down in the evening.

Так плохо мы еще не проживали в отелях. Если бы не бронь только на одни сутки, пришлось бы менять отель. 1) невкусная еда в ресторане отеля, и я говорю о еде по меню. 2) в соседнем номере постоянно курили и вся вонь шла к нам в туалетную комнату. 3) шум из коридора был до 2х часов ночи. 4) с вечера пошла желтая из крана! Не помыться, в туалет страшно ходить. 5) при использовании душевой еще до проблем с водой - Оказалось что вода не уходит, а стоит в поддоне в душе. Забитый слив В общем ужасный отель

Hatte alles, was man auf dem Niveau erwarten kann und einen tollen Service. Gerade die Dachterasse und das Restaurant waren ein willkommener Rückzugsort hoch über dem Trubel Kathmandus.

Очень хороший ресторан приятное обслуживание, чисто, красиво!

Спать нормально можно только в номерах выходящих на Тамель, в остальных слишком слышно шум с улицы.
