Tenuta Masseria & Spa Chicco Rizzo

Beautiful property and pool area . Our room was elegantly decorated and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children.

It was lovely to have a restaurant and we made a dinner reservation for both nights . The food was good but the restaurant let down by the service. Both nights parts of our orders were missed and when trying to get the waiters attention the second evening to ask for the missing food he gestured he was busy but would come back , he then walked past us numerous times, leaving us feeling really uncomfortable and without the food !

The site was amazing, the layout traditional and very big pool with great amenities The reception, hospitality and willingness to help and adjust to our needs was wonderful.and well appreciated. Friendly staff and great advice

The breakfast was basic with not much Variety, they did however provide me with cucumbers and tomates as I did not eat meat. Dissapointing that such a lovely site used basic plastic chairs forbthe breakfast area

To many options on the menu in the restaurant. They try to make it more special than it is. Go with few local dishes.

Lovely peaceful location with excellent pool. Well restored buildings providing a beautiful setting for dinner. Great food buffet breakfast with plenty of choices.

The pool was wonderful. Clean and perfect...albeit cold for the 1st week of May, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The Hotel willingly accommodated a Gluten Free diet for breakfast (fabulous breakfast!) and dinner. Gabriella gave us great service and recommendations for a fabulous restaurant ... Memoranda Food in Corigliano d'Otranto a 12 minute drive. We opted for the largest room and it was wonderful. The location is excellent and would be a good base for exploring the region. We're glad we went!

We were welcomed so warmly at Chicco Rizzo, Gabriella and the team were very attentive and great ambassadors for Puglia. We were delighted to spend time here and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the airconditioning was really effective. I enjoyed my swim in the pool every day and the location was very peaceful. Great to see the vegetables growing on the estate and to eat them in the delicious meals created by the chefs.

Delightful staff and service, superb pool, great restaurant using local produce for evening meals, perfect base to explore the Solento region.

The location is beautiful in the midst of an olive tree field, and the masseria itself is absolutely beautiful. However, it is very remote and there is nothing nearby if you want to eat or visit a supermarket, and they don’t offer any food or drinks at the hotel except for breakfast and lunch. Also, there is only a tiny minibar at the room, so not much storage space if you want to keep some food at the room.

The staffing at the hotel is basically only one person sitting (sometimes) in the recepetion, so feel a bit left to yourself there. Also, there is no option for food or drinks by the pool if you choose to spend the day there.

Good location to explore many sights in the region. Very quiet,.great swimming pool and good diners. All nicely done by helpful staff
