location was excellent for town centre, 10 mins walk from Brighton station

The property was spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable.

Easy to get to the apartment from the train station. The apartment is very close to the main shopping area and within walking distance to 'The Lanes area' where there are many boutique and tourist shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the kitchen appliances and basic essentials like tea and coffee. From the balcony you can see the sea in the distance. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Brighton.

There were just a few things that would have made our stay a bit more comfortable. There was no ironing board so had to use a towel on the table to iron. There are no plug sockets by the mirror in the main bedroom so really difficult to use hair appliances and try and look in the mirror at the same time. I think if you stay more than 2 nights you should have an extra bath towel per person (stayed 4 nights). Toilet light kept flickering, I told the property company and was told someone would come out the next day, but no one came out to us. On the communal stairs there is a section of hand rail missing and as the stairs are so steep this can be a hazard if you are unsteady on your feet. It can't be helped but the immediate view from. the balcony was not great, although you can see the sea in the distance and this would not put me off staying here again.

Spacious house with all the comforts, close to the sea and the city center, staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
