Great location, comfortable

The shower pressure is not the best

The interior design was beautiful, location was ideal, balcony was great for the smokers we were travelling with.

It was a little pricey, but I do understand based on the location and general state of the property.

The place was great, location just a quick walk to everything and the owners were very friendly and super-helpful. When there was a minor issue, they helped immediately and fixed it.

The 4th floor apartment was lovely, very clean and well equipped. It included everything we needed to function comfortably, right down to dishwashing liquid. It also had a coffee maker, complete with pods, as well as an electric kettle. We didn't find this in other accommodations and were thrilled to be able to make good coffee! The washing machine and dishwasher were welcome additions. All of the bedrooms were a very good size, with comfortable beds, dressers, night stands, and hanging racks. The full bath was enormous, it featured a tub shower and skylight, which made the room very bright. The half bath was small but perfectly suitable; having 2 toilets and sinks made it very comfortable for 5 people. The kitchen/living/dining room were furnished comfortably, and also featured a sky light, which made the area feel spacious. It was a cozy room, not as large as it appeared in the photos, but comfortable nonetheless. The roof top porch with views to the ocean was wonderful. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to the porch from one bedroom as well as the main living area allowed for lots of natural light and views to the ocean. We also appreciated the security system, which allowed us to provide access to the 4th floor apartment with the press of a button, instead of having to run down the stairs. The flat is located one minute from North Road, which is the hub of shopping and restaurants, and it is easy to get to the Royal Pavilion, the storied Lanes, the beach & pier on foot. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. They even checked in with us after the first night to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts, who have other properties in Brighton.

A few very minor things... it is entirely possible to walk to the flat from the train station if you have the ability to walk hills while pulling bags on cobblestone or choppy stone sidewalks. If you do not, then I highly recommend taking a cab or the bus. The sinks in both bathrooms (particularly the half bath) were small and had virtually no surface area to place your toiletries, though both had more than adequate storage below the sinks. The very large main bath could easily accommodate a side table to make getting ready easier. With 5 people staying in the flat, it would have been nice to have a second set of keys, but once we learned how to use the security system, we managed fine with one set. The staircase leading to the flat is circular and tight, there is no lift. It was fine for our group, but if you cannot manage to carry your bags, this will be difficult. On our second to last day, a valve in the shower broke and it was not an easy fix. We were without a shower on the morning we departed. I do not feel like this was due to ill repair, as it was clear that the hosts are meticulous about upkeep, but the result of a faulty valve. It happens. The hosts were most apologetic for the inconvenience.

The property was in excellent condition , in an amazing location (minutes from the seafront ,pier and all the restaurants/shops you could ask for )

The Regent Grand Penthouse was everything as advertised and more! It was super clean, decorated to a very high standard, with all mod cons and furnishings. The beds in the 3 bedrooms were so comfortable, and all 3 bedrooms were the perfect size for my 2 daughters and I. It was lovely to eat out on the balcony which really catches the sun. The apartment is close to everything, the shopping centre and the beach all just a 10-15 minute walk. The area is extremly quiet. We Did forget to turn the fan extractor on in the bathroom after a shower, which tripped the fire alarm. Once I made contact with Amgad he came immediately. Absolutely loved this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing not to like.

very clean and modern, great location and great host

It was lovely, spacious and really clean. The beds were really comfy and decor modern. The location was great, no need for a car as bars, restaurants, shops and beach were all within a short walk.
