A beautiful home with everything a family could need both inside and outside. Spacious, comfortable and modern, and a space to park. Patricia and Paulo are helpful and friendly and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and shops locally and across the island.

Yes, the road up to the property is a challenge but not impossible and if you are going to explore Madeira by car you will have to manage many hills.

I had a fantastic stay at Vila Castro! The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made my experience special were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From local recommendations to quick responses to my questions, their hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. I can’t wait to return!

Great pool, big rooms, lovely equipped, very silent and private area, airconditioning and safe parking space, wlan works great, modern tv!

Fantastic place, new and very comfortable! The top feature of this place is its hosts, done by the owner of the place, a personal touch and not a big company. The BOOKING.COM made an error, and the host, Patricia solved everything, and was allways present and available to make us feel at home. A real friendly and happy to make our stay the best possible, not just a business. i would advise everyone to make a search on google for this place and find the direct contact, to get more info if needed!
