"Lovely, clean and welcoming place to stay."

Great location - 5 mins to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Sandra and Martin were so very helpful and allowed us in the room well before check in time which was really appreciated. Nice choice for breakfast - fresh coffee, tea, toast, cereal yoghurts etc

Due to the heatwave the room was exceptionally hot so a fan may have made it a little cooler however Sandra had opened our window before arrival to let some fresh air in!

I came with my two kids during the hot May half term. The hotel is pretty basic but it was well thought out, was super clean and had everything you need if you’re going to be out and about and just want a comfy, quiet bed for the night. Good size family room. Breakfast was a basic continental. My only slight minor issue was the super light curtains - if you have little ones bring a travel black out blind. The location is excellent right by the beach, crazy golf, arcade, restaurants. It’s ideal for a young family who want no frills. Host was friendly. Would return.

Nothing it was all up to a good standard for a budget hotel
