"Excellent location with free parking"

Excellent location for accessing the beach, Shanklin Chine and the city centre. Free parking is one of my considerations in choosing Beach Lodge. The room is clean. Staff is nice with free continental breakfast.

It will be excellent if there is a coffee table in room.

Comfortable and spacious for a short stay. Host was super accommodating and friendly.

Friendly couple, could not do enough for us in resolving problems. Perfect situation for the beach.

Unfortunately we had problems with the TVs in both rooms, could not just watch them, had to log in to the different channels, a case of trying to remember passwords from home. Also in the middle of a upgrade and part of the door frame just stood inside room.

"Would stay there again if needed."

No pretence. It did what it said on the box. A good B&B.

Difficult to get TV at the end of a long day. No toiletries in the bathroom.
