Nice Staff , Location , Cleanliness

Really good location, close to Shanklin beach front. Hotel had a baby play mat and travel cot available which was very handy and didn’t know they had this until we arrived, not many places have these which is a lovely touch and more appealing to families with children under 6 months! Such a lovely family run lodges and the owners were so friendly!

Staff were very pleasant and it was very clean.

My husband suffers with his back so bed and pillows were too soft for him.

Excellent service Best location- walkable distance to beach, shanklin Chine and drive to model village Godshill Hot breakfast It's really good for money Highly recommended

The hotel was in a very nice situation not far from the beach or town center. When we stayed there it was very quiet . The continental break fast was up to the mark served by the owner /manager and his wife very nice People ..Friendly cheerful The hotel it's self was very clean and tidy .our room was on suite with walk in shower with towels supplied .Tea coffee milk and sugar are also supplied . You get two keys one for the front door and one for your room so you can come and go at your pleasure no lock out .

If you have difficulty in walking this hotel is not you the rooms are situated on the first floor and the stairs are a little steep . My wife found it to be little cold in the night but she does like heat .

Martin was absolutely brilliant - we will stay again when returning to IOW
