"Exceptional"

Perfect location for our needs, lovely room, on arrival we were met by Tom and within 10 minutes I'd asked him for the TV to be sorted as we were going out for a walk, on return my request had been sorted, Top Man, Excellent value for money. We will be staying again, this is no fuss establishment not in your face, everything is explained to you on arrival and you are left alone, Proper job in my opinion, we Highly recommend, the Bed was very very comfortable.

Location, quiet, clean, breakfast, all was really good...very close to the beach as well close to the bus and train station ...you just park the car and forget about it! We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay.... A very good breakfast in the morning is served at the Three Palms and then you have the whole day for you and your kids.....

We just came back from a lovely break at the 3 Palms. Tom and Rosey were excellent hosts. The Room was very pleasant.Nice furniture comfy bed and well equipped. It's only about 150 yards to the beach and the town centre. Great location. We were so pleased with this hotel we will definitely be back again.👍👍👍

Excellent location - a short walk to the stations, restaurants, harbour, theatre etc. Attractively decorated with a very pleasant dining room / bar. Whole place feels very fresh & clean and Tom & Rosie deserve every success as they work hard to create this high standard of guest house.

A very minor niggle - could have done with a bit more bedside space for book, drink, glasses etc but everything else was fine.

A quiet area not too far from Goodrington beach. Free parking at the hotel. Nice proprietor.

unfortunately unable to dispense shampoo from dispensers in bathroom.
