Tom was very welcoming. Upgraded us from a twin room two to double bed each as they were available. Perfect for our needs and a great last minute find due to change of plans. Would definitely book again.

"Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, a long drive from mid wales. We cannot say anything negative about our stay."

Very clean and in a great place! Quick 2 minute walk from the beach and town centre. Not too far from the harbour to catch the boat to Torquay or Brixham. Reception is locked and can only be accessed with your key when staying, so you feel very safe.

"Basic accommodation for a short stay in Paignton"

Free parking space and close to the esplanade and town centre. Basic room but was fine for our short time in Paignton.

The room was a little tired. The toilet and shower room was functional but needs updating. A handle on the bedside cabinet drawer was broken and a picture fell off the wall as it was balancing on a screw in the wall.
