The room was in the basement and the only way to go into the hotel was going outside. not good when the weather is bad. it was made up of three rooms. a double bedroom and a twin room. It was old looking and very basic. the shower was very poor.

Place is very near the sea side, it is quiet and the rooms are spacious enough, clean and comfortable.

On arrival we pressed a button to get the attention of the manager who helped us to our room. On first glance the room looked lovely. The beds had fresh sheets on them and we had clean towels and tea and coffee facilities. We only stayed 3 nights and it was fine as a base. Our room closer up was quite dusty and clearly needs updating but it was clean and served it's purpose! :)

Loved the location. Close to the sea, shops and restaurants so didn’t need to use the car. Smooth check-in with the owners, really friendly and professional. Even got in a little bit early as we arrived earlier than planned. Thanks for a comfortable stay; see you again soon!

Everything was great for us

Very nice clean room with comfortable beds and quality bedding. Lots of plug sockets including USB chargers and plenty of mirrors which are often lacking in B&B rooms. Tea & coffee supplies were plentiful with a stock available to help ourselves to if we got low. Great location just a very easy 5 minute stroll from the seafront and town. Very quiet location and we both slept like babies all 3 nights.

The WiFi wasn't really up to the job and we were only able to use it for very basic Internet access. I believe it's a new supplier though so hopefully just teething troubles which will be addressed by maybe installing a couple of booster hubs. I still give the property a 10 rating though as it wasn't a big enough issue to warrant dropped marks.
