"Really enjoyed our time in Como."

Lovely apartment that was well thought out. Is on the top floor and no lifts. Instructions given were simple and clear, excellent communication from the people who look after it. 40 min walk into Como (all downhill there) to where the boats are that take you for tours.

Not a lot of light in the bathroom at night.

"Clean apartment, well equipped but not all information on how to use appliances was readily availab"

Location was 30 min walk to the city centre. Fine to walk in, but a steep hill to climb if you walked back.

No lift, 4th floor to navigate with 2 large cases. No warning about this. Information regarding WiFi and use of electrical goods was not readily accessible.

Breakfast was not included but the host provided tea/coffee options

The stay only allowed one set of towels per person and wasn't able to change towels daily. It's not a dealbreaker but it's not comfortable.
